2. The "Performance-First" Service Model

Atlas Scale operates on a strict "Performance-First" model. Our services are engineered to drive measurable revenue and scalable growth. We do not guarantee arbitrary metrics such as "likes" or "impressions" unless they correlate directly with profitable customer acquisition.

3. Data-Driven Consulting Scope

Our consulting and execution scope includes, but is not limited to: technical infrastructure audits, Server-Side tracking implementation (CAPI), market psychographic research, and aggressive media buying scale. All strategies are driven by mathematical modeling and real-time data optimization.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary access to ad accounts, analytics platforms, and relevant assets to facilitate our performance protocols. Delays in providing access may impact the timeline of campaign deployment and optimization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Scale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
